When faced with obstacles it is so important that we continue to pray first then press on. It is important to pray first because we need God's guidance in facing all decisions but especially the difficult ones. I say to press on because when facing an obstacle we learn a lot of lessons, if we open our eyes to see them. When in a troublesome situation, realize God is there teaching us life lessons. We need only to continue to pray, press on, have faith, obey God's instructions, open our eyes to our lessons, and know that it will work out to our good.
Walk in your blessings! Throughout our workday, we often have touched a variety of surfaces that many ofter people have also touched. In more cases than not we have not washed our hands as often as we should before touching our eyes, nose, mouth, food, keyboard, etc.
It is important for us to not only be concerned when flu season is upon us, but to remember that germs and virus are not visible to the human eye and they are on all types of surfaces and can live on that surface for hours or days. Please protect yourself and others. Wash your hands regularly and disinfect the surfaces you use regular. Spring is here and Summer is around the corner. A friend of mine likes to take a walk in the early morning. Seeing how beautiful our surroundings are nutures us as God nutures our spirit. It gives a sense of peace.
So what do you do to relieve stress and find your peace? Winter is fast upon us, and with the weather consistently changes, our bodies will be easily open for cold and congestion. Boil a stem of rosemary, two - three stems of thyme, clove of garlic in 2-3 cups of water. Adding orange peels will help lighting the favor.
