Winter is fast upon us, and with the weather consistently changes, our bodies will be easily open for cold and congestion. A remedy to help get some of the congestion out of your chest and nasal cavity is Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic Tea. If you can get your hands on some fresh rosemary and thyme that would be the best. Boil a stem of rosemary, two - three stems of thyme, clove of garlic in 2-3 cups of water. Adding orange peels will help lighting the favor.
